FBI Adds Tech CEO to Most Wanted Fraudsters List
The FBI is looking for Bernhard Eugen Fritsch, a technology company chief executive.
His company, StarClub, raised about $35 million from investors.
Authorities say he made misleading claims to persuade people to invest.
They also say he spent at least $7.3 million of the money on personal costs.
A United States court found him guilty of wire fraud in April 2025.
Fritsch left the United States before a court hearing and later fled Mexico.
He was sentenced in his absence to 15 years in prison.
