Nashik's Dr. Kaur Wins 'Best Paper' at ICOMES 2025
Dr. Amrit Kaur, a principal from Nashik, India, won a big award at an international conference in South Korea.
She presented a paper at the International Congress on Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome (ICOMES 2025), which was about how to fight obesity.
She beat over 500 other presentations from 32 countries to win the 'Best Paper' award.
Her prize included a trophy and some money for travel and other expenses.
Many important people from her college and the local community congratulated her on her win.
This is a significant achievement as she was the only winner from India.
