Hanumangarhi Namaz Row: Saints Committee Secretary Responds

There is a big argument about whether prayers called namaz were ever held at a place called Hanumangarhi in Ayodhya.

Swami Jitendranand Saraswati says that namaz was indeed offered there in 2003 and there was an attempt to do it again in 2005.

He says there are records and videos to prove it.

But some other people, like Brijbhushan Sharan Singh and Swami Avimukteshwaranand, say this never happened and want proof.

Swami Jitendranand also talked about how saints protested for 14 days to stop the prayers in 2005.

He says these are important historical facts that cannot be denied.
