Mixed Q3 Results for Pharma and FMCG

Two companies, Piramal Pharma and Gillette India, recently shared their financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2026.

Piramal Pharma reported a loss of ₹136 crore, which is a decrease from the same period last year.

However, they are seeing early signs of recovery in their contract manufacturing business.

Gillette India, on the other hand, had a good quarter with a 37% increase in profit to ₹172.5 crore.

Their revenue was ₹790 crore, which is a bit less than the previous quarter but still showing good growth compared to last year.

Both companies are dealing with different challenges and opportunities in their respective markets.

Piramal Pharma is focusing on broadening its product portfolio and acquiring new products, while Gillette India is benefiting from improved cost efficiencies and strong consumer demand.

Despite some economic challenges, both companies are working on strategies to grow and improve their financial performance.
