Wipro Q3 Results and Q4 Guidance
Wipro, a big IT company, recently shared its results for the last three months of 2025.
They made less profit than last year, but their overall money made (revenue) went up a bit.
This is because they had some one-time costs for changing their company rules and restructuring.
They also said they might not make as much money in the next three months as people thought.
Some experts think this means the company might not grow much soon, but others think it could be a good time to buy their stock because it's not too expensive.
They also said Wipro might give some of its money back to people who own its stock.
Right now, different experts have different ideas about how much Wipro's stock is worth, with some saying it could be worth between 275 and 296 rupees.
The company also said they will hire fewer new graduates this year than they originally planned.
Wipro reported a 7% drop in net profit to ₹3,119 crore for Q3 FY26, impacted by one-time restructuring costs and new labor codes.
Operational revenue grew by 5.5% YoY to ₹23,555.8 crore, while profit decreased by 3.9% QoQ.
Wipro guided for 0-2% sequential revenue growth in constant currency for Q4 FY26.
The company revised its fresher hiring guidance for FY26, targeting 7,500-8,000 graduates instead of the original 10,000-12,000.
Wipro shares fell over 9% following the Q3 results and Q4 guidance.
