Gujarat Board Sees Dip in Supplementary Exam Registrations
The Gujarat Board is holding supplementary exams for students in classes 10 and 12.
This year, fewer students signed up, likely because more students passed the regular exams.
Exams begin June 23 and end July 3.
Students who didn't pass, or who want a better score, can take these exams.
The board aims to get results out faster this year by finishing exams quicker.
Results for improvement candidates are based on the ‘best of two' policy.
Supplementary exams for Classes 10 and 12 will be held from June 23 to July 3.
Around 1.95 lakh students registered for the exams this year.
Registrations decreased by approximately 29,000 compared to last year.
The drop in registrations might be linked to a higher pass percentage.
Students who failed or want to improve scores can take the exams.
