Sadarmat Barrage Completion Efforts Intensify
Officials are working hard to finish building the new Sadarmat barrage on the Godavari River.
This barrage will help water farmlands covering 18,000 acres in two districts.
The Chief Minister of Telangana is expected to open it soon.
The project cost a lot of money, including buying land and setting up electricity.
There's also an old barrage nearby that's famous for being a great piece of engineering.
Everyone is hurrying to get everything ready before the Chief Minister visits and before the farming season starts.
