HCLTech Invests Rs 185 Crore in Advanced Semiconductor Lab Bengaluru
HCLTech is spending Rs 185 crore on a new semiconductor lab in Bengaluru.
Semiconductors are tiny components used in many electronic devices.
The lab will test chips to see whether they work correctly and meet quality standards.
It will also investigate why chips may fail.
Companies can use the lab during research, before production and when qualifying finished products.
HCLTech says putting many testing services in one place could make the process faster and simpler.
The lab includes special machines, cleanroom facilities and advanced microscopes.
