UEFA Chief Boycotts World Cup Final
UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin decided not to attend the World Cup final between Argentina and Spain.
He did this to show his disagreement with FIFA, the organization that runs the World Cup.
Ceferin was upset about several things, including a decision to cancel a red card given to a player named Folarin Balogun.
He also didn't like some new rules FIFA introduced, like breaks for players to drink water.
Additionally, Ceferin criticized the high prices of World Cup tickets and promised that UEFA would keep ticket prices low for their own events.
UEFA even appointed a referee that the US wouldn't let into the country to officiate their own tournament.
Ceferin also said he thought the World Cup had too many boring games.
Despite his boycott, Ceferin did attend the opening match of the tournament.
