Bharatanatyam Recitals Enthrall Audiences
Two Bharatanatyam performances took place in Secunderabad.
First, Urmila Sathyanarayanan and her students performed a dance called 'Vaggeyakara Bharatham' at the Kalasagaram festival.
They danced to songs about love and devotion to gods like Shiva and Krishna.
The audience loved it, especially when Urmila danced as Lord Shiva and a student danced as Parvati.
The show ended with a lively dance called a thillana.
