Google tops India's most attractive employer list, REBR 2026
Imagine a big contest about which companies people like working for the most.
Google won the contest in India.
Tata Group came second, and Amazon came third.
Many other big companies were on the list too.
Randstad, the company that ran the contest, asked about 1.75 lakh people around the world and about 3,500 people in India.
They found that almost half of Indian workers are thinking about changing jobs soon.
About one in three workers already changed jobs in the last six months.
Workers care most about having free time, being treated fairly, chances to grow, good pay, and a good reputation.
Randstad says companies that give workers all these things will keep the best employees.
Google was ranked India's most attractive employer brand in the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2026, followed by Tata Group and Amazon.
The survey drew on insights from over 1.75 lakh respondents across 34 markets, including close to 3,500 respondents in India.
Forty-six per cent of Indian talent plan to change jobs in the next six months, while 32 per cent changed their employer in the last six months.
Samsung India, Infosys, Reliance Industries, ITC Group, Hindustan Unilever, Mahindra & Mahindra and Dell Technologies Ltd complete the top 10.
Work-life balance, equal opportunities, career progression, salary and benefits, and a very good reputation are the core Employee Value Proposition drivers for the Indian workforce.
