Google tops India's most attractive employer list, REBR 2026
Google tops India’s most attractive employer list · thehansindia.com

Imagine a big contest about which companies people like working for the most.

Google won the contest in India.

Tata Group came second, and Amazon came third.

Many other big companies were on the list too.

Randstad, the company that ran the contest, asked about 1.75 lakh people around the world and about 3,500 people in India.

They found that almost half of Indian workers are thinking about changing jobs soon.

About one in three workers already changed jobs in the last six months.

Workers care most about having free time, being treated fairly, chances to grow, good pay, and a good reputation.

Randstad says companies that give workers all these things will keep the best employees.

Quotes

Narayan Iyer

Managing Director, Randstad India

“With nearly half of the workforce contemplating a career move over the next six months, enterprise resilience depends on looking far beyond surface-level benefits. While many employers have made substantial progress, talent expectations are expanding faster than organisational structures can adapt.”

“Ultimately, the future belongs to employers who master the art of making growth, flexibility, fairness, purpose, and reward coexist, rather than compete.”
