NBEMS Clarifies NEET PG 2026 Wrong Test-City SMS Error
NEET PG is a big test in India for students who want to become doctors after finishing medical school.
A group called NBEMS runs this test.
Before the test, students get told which city they will take the test in.
NBEMS sent this information by text message.
But because of a technical problem, some students received the wrong city in their text message.
A few students were even told a city that was not among the three places they had chosen.
NBEMS noticed the mistake and sent the correct city again by text message and email.
The correct city also appears in each student's account on the official website.
NBEMS told students to trust only the official website and to be careful about fake websites.
The test will be held on computers on August 30, 2026, at centers all over India.
