Tiger Population Soars in Uttarakhand Near Corbett Park

Imagine there's a wildlife area next to a big national park in India, like a buffer zone.

The number of tigers living there has gone up quite a bit recently.

In 2022, there were 67 tigers, and by the middle of 2025, there were 96.

The people in charge used special cameras hidden in the jungle to take pictures of the tigers.

This helped them count how many there were.

It also showed that the main national park, Jim Corbett, has more tigers too.
