India Unveils High-Tech Military Groups: Rudra, Bhairav, Shaktibaan
The Indian Army is creating new high-tech fighting groups, like the 'Rudra' brigades, 'Bhairav' commando units, and 'Shaktibaan' artillery.
These groups use names from Hindu stories and are designed to launch quick attacks and use advanced tech like drones.
Rudra brigades are made up of many types of soldiers to be self-sufficient.
Shaktibaan uses special weapons and drones for fast strikes.
These new groups are like a revival of older plans called Integrated Battle Groups (IBGs) designed to make the army faster and more effective.
However, there were issues like disagreements and lack of money that stopped the original plans.
Now the army hopes to use the new groups to fight faster and more efficiently in future battles.
The Indian Army announced new frontline groups: Rudra, Bhairav, and Shaktibaan.
These groups are named after Hindu mythological figures and are designed for modern warfare.
Rudra brigades combine different military units for quick attacks, each with roughly 3,000 soldiers.
Shaktibaan will have precision artillery and surveillance drones for cross-border strikes.
The new units are a re-imagining of the earlier Integrated Battle Group (IBG) plan.
