CSMRDA Plans Civic Improvements for 313 Villages
The Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Metropolitan Regional Development Authority, or CSMRDA, is a group that helps make towns and villages better places to live.
On a recent meeting, the commissioner, G Sreekanth, talked about how they are working on maps, waste cleanup, and other projects for 313 villages.
He said they need to hold workshops so people know what the Authority wants to do.
The Authority will start using a new online system for its work from August 1, and they are looking for two acres of land for their office.
They also talked about fixing problems people report online and making sure all properties are properly registered.
CSMRDA aims to improve civic amenities and ensure planned development across 313 villages in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
Divisional Commissioner G Sreekanth reviewed progress on GIS mapping, infrastructure studies, and solid waste management projects.
He called for workshops to raise awareness among local representatives and citizens about the Authority’s vision.
The Authority will start e‑Office operations from August 1 and seek at least two acres of government land for its office.
The meeting also covered grievance handling via the Aaple Sarkar portal and regularisation of unauthorised properties under the Gunthewari scheme.
