Karan Aujla Jokes About Ranveer Allahbadia During Power Outage
In a TV show called India’s Got Latent, a singer named Karan Aujla made a joke that a sudden power outage was caused by a popular YouTuber named Ranveer Allahbadia.
The host, Samay Raina, apologized for the blackout and later said Allahbadia is a good person who helped bring many sponsors to the show.
Aujla also said something about a chair that hinted Allahbadia had sat there before.
Earlier, Allahbadia’s comments on the show caused a big argument and the episode was taken down from YouTube.
The show came back on Netflix with new guests, but the jokes still made people laugh.
Karan Aujla joked that the blackout was caused by Ranveer Allahbadia, calling it "BeerBiceps ki haay".
Host Samay Raina apologized for the outage and defended Allahbadia, praising his sponsorship impact and 65 million views.
Aujla also quipped "Ye kursi mein kuch hai" referencing Allahbadia’s previous appearance on the show.
The episode had previously sparked controversy in February 2025 over Allahbadia’s remarks, leading to complaints and removal from YouTube.
India’s Got Latent returned for a second season on Netflix earlier this year, featuring guests Alia Bhatt and Sharvari.
