Tamil Nadu Employees Must Declare Assets by October 31
The Tamil Nadu government wants its employees to share information about what they own and owe.
They must submit the information by October 31.
The information should show their financial position on December 31, 2025.
Employees will use an online government system instead of paper forms.
They must list houses, land and other property.
They must also report items such as jewellery, vehicles, bank deposits and investments.
Loans and other financial debts must be included too.
The government says this will help check whether public servants follow financial and service rules.
The Tamil Nadu government has ordered all covered employees and officials to declare their assets and liabilities by October 31.
