Peeragarhi Interchange to Connect Delhi Metro’s Green and Magenta Lines

Peeragarhi Interchange to Connect Delhi Metro’s Green and Magenta Lines

A new Metro interchange is being built at Peeragarhi in west Delhi.

It will connect the Green Line with the Magenta Line.

One station is already open, and the other is part of a new Magenta Line section.

A 160-metre footbridge will connect the stations.

Passengers will be able to change lines without leaving the paid area.

Most of the main construction work is finished, and finishing work is underway.

The section is expected to open by the end of this year.

It is intended to make travel easier for people in nearby parts of west Delhi.
