Rahul Gandhi's 'H Files' Allegations Spark Calls for Election Commission Inquiry
A politician named Rahul Gandhi presented files claiming that an election in the state of Haryana had cheating.
He said there were many fake voters, and even a picture of a woman from Brazil was used many times to vote!
He thinks the election officials knew about this and helped the winning party.
