Jamal Hossain Moves Clear at 12-Under at Coal India Open

A golfer from Bangladesh named Jamal Hossain is playing really well at a big golf tournament called the Coal India Open in Kolkata, India.

It rained a lot, so the tournament has been shortened.

Hossain played a fantastic round with seven birdies and an eagle, which are special golf shots where the ball goes in the hole in fewer tries than expected.

He is now in first place, two shots ahead of everyone else.

At one point his ball even hit a fence and bounced back into play, which was very lucky.

He says the course feels like his home course because he loves playing there.

A few other golfers, like Kshitij Naveed Kaul, are close behind him.

The last round will be played on Friday.

Many golfers had to go home because they did not score well enough to keep playing.
