VesacIndia Launches Weekly Plant Knowledge Initiative
VesacIndia, an environmental organization, has started a weekly program to teach people about plants.
They want people to see plants as teachers that can help us learn about nature.
The first plant they are teaching about is the Jade Plant, and they will show how to grow it using water instead of soil.
The program is for everyone, including kids, parents, and teachers.
They want people to watch and record how the plants grow and share what they learn.
The goal is to help people understand and care for nature better.
VesacIndia launched a weekly plant knowledge initiative on Guru Purnima.
The initiative aims to promote environmental literacy by studying and propagating plants.
The first plant featured is the Jade Plant (Crassula ovata), with a ten-step hydroponic propagation guide.
Participants are encouraged to observe, document, and share their findings to contribute to urban biodiversity knowledge.
The program targets students, teachers, parents, senior citizens, researchers, and housing societies.
