Russia’s SBER Buys Two Towers at Delhi Business Park

Russia’s biggest bank, SBER, bought two office towers in New Delhi.

The towers are part of Bharat Business Park in Sarojini Nagar.

The space covers about 5.17 lakh square feet.

SBER paid more than ₹2,000 crore for it.

The bank bought the towers in an auction in April 2026.

It plans to open a centre to help Russian companies working in India.

The centre will offer banking, legal, tax and audit services.

Bharat Business Park is being developed by NBCC and is expected to be completed in 2028.
