Bhagwanpuria Aide Apprehended in Punjab Shooting
The police arrested Nilson Massih, who is said to work for a gangster named Jaggu.
Nilson is accused of being involved in a shooting where someone was killed and another person was hurt.
The police say Jaggu told Nilson to do it.
Nilson already had a long history of other crimes before this incident.
The police are looking for others involved now.
Nilson Massih, an aide of gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, was apprehended by Punjab Police.
The arrest is connected to a May 26 shootout in Batala.
The shootout resulted in the death of Gurpreet Singh Gora and injury to Billa Mandiala.
Massih faces at least seven criminal cases, including murder and robbery.
DGP Gaurav Yadav stated Massih orchestrated the murder at Bhagwanpuria's direction.
