PV Sindhu Advances to Second Round of Singapore Open
PV Sindhu, a top badminton player from India, won her first match at the Singapore Open.
She played well and won quickly.
However, other Indian players did not do as well and lost their matches.
Sindhu will play a tough match against another strong player in the next round.
There were also mixed doubles matches where Indian teams lost.
PV Sindhu advances to the second round with a straight-game win against Wen Yu Zhang.
Sindhu defeated Zhang 21-14, 21-9 in 31 minutes.
Sindhu will face Chen Yu Fei in the second round.
Other Indian players, including Malvika Bansod and Priyanshu Rajawat, lost their opening matches.
Dhruv Kapila and Tanisha Crasto lost their mixed doubles match.
