Jagtial Bypass Road Death Trap: Lack of Signage, Poor Maintenance

Jagtial Bypass Road Death Trap: Lack of Signage, Poor Maintenance

On a busy road in Jagtial called the bypass road, many people drive every day.

It connects the Karimnagar highway to the Dharmapuri route.

The road is bumpy and uneven, so cars can wobble even when driving slowly.

It has sharp curves and blind spots, but no signs or speed breakers to warn drivers.

There are also hard cement blocks sticking out along the road.

One Sunday, a young man named Gangadhar was going home with his grandfather.

His vehicle crashed at a sharp curve on the road.

Gangadhar was badly hurt and died right there.

His family and other people who use the road are sad and angry.

They are asking the government to fix the road and put up warning signs so no one else gets hurt.
