Mumbai’s rainy season is almost finished.

The city is now getting ready for festivals and winter.

During these months, the air could become more polluted.

To help prevent that, city officials will start a special campaign on October 1.

The campaign will last 15 days.

Officials will use 28 rules designed to control air pollution.

Mumbai was ranked 28th among 48 large cities in a national clean-air assessment.

Municipal Commissioner Ashwini Bhide told officials to follow the rules strictly.
