Indian Markets Surge to Records
Last week, Indian markets reached new highs.
The Sensex and Nifty hit record levels because India's economy grew faster than expected.
Silver and gold prices also went up a lot.
Silver is used in many industries and is seen as a good investment.
Banks like PNB and Canara Bank did well, and the Bank Nifty index reached a new high.
Some investors are excited, while others are cautious.
The economy grew by 8.2% in the last quarter, which is the fastest in six quarters.
This growth made people feel good about investing in the stock market.
However, some stocks like Bajaj Finance and ITC did not do as well.
Overall, it was a good week for the Indian market.
Sensex and Nifty hit record highs of 86,159 and 26,325 points respectively.
Bank Nifty surged 1,300 points to a record high of 60,114 points.
Silver prices reached an all-time high of ₹1,786,49 per kg, driven by industrial demand and investor interest.
Gold prices also rallied to ₹1,30,794 per 10 grams amid economic uncertainty and potential interest rate cuts.
India's economy grew by 8.2% in Q2 FY26, the fastest pace in six quarters, boosting market sentiment.
