Farmers' Association Leaders Dissatisfied with Tamil Nadu Agri Budget

In the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, there are people called farmers who grow food like rice.

A group of farmers' leaders got together and said they are not happy.

They said the government's new budget for farming did not give them the things they asked for.

The leaders said the government made promises during the election, but did not keep them.

Farmers wanted the government to forgive their loans, which means they would not have to pay the money back.

They also asked for help after droughts, when there is not enough rain for crops.

They wanted the government to pay more money for their rice and sugarcane.

They also asked for milk prices to go up and for their stored rice to be kept safe.

The leaders said all of these requests were ignored.

Now the farmers are telling everyone they are disappointed with the budget.
