Orwell's Animal Farm Resonates at CJP Protest

George Orwell's book Animal Farm is a story about farm animals who overthrow their cruel master, but then the pigs who led the revolt start acting like the humans they replaced.

One of the pigs, Squealer, keeps changing the rules and convincing the other animals that everything is fine, even when it's not.

At a protest called the CJP Protest, people are feeling like the system promised them fairness but didn't deliver.

They feel like the well-connected few are getting all the opportunities.

The line 'All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others' from Animal Farm really speaks to them because it feels like a description of what's happening in their society.
