TVS Emerald Acquires Land Parcel in Bengaluru for ₹700 Crore
TVS Emerald, a real estate company, bought a large piece of land in Bengaluru for over ₹700 crore.
This is part of their plan to build new homes.
They've already built many houses in Chennai and have more projects in progress.
The company's director says they are excited about building premium homes in this new location, which is in a residential area.
This is not their first land purchase in Bengaluru, as they previously bought land in another area in February 2025.

TVS Emerald acquired a 7.18-acre land parcel in Rayasandra, Bengaluru.
The land acquisition has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over ₹700 crore.
This is TVS Emerald's seventh land deal in Bengaluru.
The company has delivered 5.4 million sq ft of residential developments in Chennai.
TVS Emerald plans to develop premium residential projects on the acquired land.
