Their menus will mix German, Goan and local Indian flavours.

Luv in Mumbai will serve a six-course meal inspired by Maharashtra’s rainy season.

In New Delhi, Azmat Ali Mir will showcase food from Kashmir, including rogan josh and tabak maaz.

In Bengaluru, chefs from Nila and Alchi Kitchen will create a 12-course meal about Ladakhi food traditions.

Another Mumbai pop-up will explore dishes from Bhopal.
