Modi Leads CCS Meeting on West Asia Crisis, Seeks Supplies
Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with top ministers to talk about a big problem in West Asia that could hurt India’s fuel and food supplies.
They made sure India still has enough oil, gas, and fertilisers for farmers.
They also planned to help Indian sailors who might be in danger.
Modi said the government should work together and use more clean energy.
The meeting was held in New Delhi’s Parliament House.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the fourth special Cabinet Committee on Security meeting on the West Asia crisis.
The meeting focused on keeping India’s petroleum, LPG, LNG, and fertiliser supplies uninterrupted.
Measures discussed included diversifying LPG sources, expanding piped natural gas, and boosting LNG import and gas grid infrastructure.
