NGT Orders DPS Noida to Properly Maintain Park
Imagine a school, DPS, was given a park to make it nice for everyone.
But, the park wasn't being taken care of properly, and some people said it was like a trash pile.
The National Green Tribunal, which is like a special court for the environment, stepped in.
They told DPS to clean up the park and follow the rules.
The court also said that everyone can use the park, and the times it's open will be the same for everyone.
NGT directed Delhi Public School (DPS) in Noida to maintain the park properly.
NOIDA issued an adoption letter to DPS in 1983.
The park was allotted to DPS about 25 years ago to develop the park.
Residents alleged the park was being used as a dump yard.
NOIDA will provide guards, park hours uniform for all.
