Pakistani Army Chief's Missile Threats Spark Controversy
Pakistan's Army Chief, Asim Munir, made strong threats about using missiles against India during a speech in the US.
India was not happy about this.
Some people think this was to show power to Pakistan's citizens and to try to get support from Imran Khan's supporters.
The threats might be related to water disputes between the two countries, especially if India builds a dam to stop the flow of water.
However, there are diplomatic alternatives to resolve any dispute.
Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir reportedly threatened to use missiles against India.
Munir made the remarks at a dinner in Florida with the Pakistani diaspora.
The speech drew criticism from India's Ministry of External Affairs.
Munir's comments may have been intended to impress Pakistan's diaspora and Imran Khan supporters.
Some analysts believe the threats are related to Pakistan's concerns over water security.
