Ekaa – The One Exhibition Celebrates India's Yogini Tradition in Bengaluru
A special art show called Ekaa – The One is coming to Bengaluru.
It features 64 paintings of powerful goddesses called Yoginis from ancient India.
These goddesses were once very important but are now mostly forgotten.
The show also includes a movie called Y64: Whispers of the Unseen, which takes viewers on a journey to see the Yoginis' temples and learn about their stories.
The artist, Dr. Beena Unnikrishnan, spent 10 years traveling to these temples to make the paintings and the movie.
She wants people to remember the Yoginis and learn from their wisdom.
The show is a way to bring ancient knowledge into the present day.
Ekaa – The One exhibition features 64 original paintings of Yoginis, powerful feminine deities from ancient India.
The exhibition is part of an 81-day national tour covering 16 Indian states and nearly 10,000 kilometers by road.
A documentary titled Y64: Whispers of the Unseen will be screened, showcasing Yogini sanctuaries and the artist's creative process.
