Lithuania Accuses Russia of 2024 Arson Plot
Lithuania says Russia's secret military group tried to set fire to a factory in 2024.
This factory makes special scanners for Ukraine's army.
Six people from different countries were arrested for this.
They also tried to do the same in Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic.
Lithuania thinks Russia is behind this because they want to stop Ukraine from getting these scanners.
Lithuania accuses Russia's GRU of orchestrating an attempted arson attack on a radio wave scanner plant in 2024.
Six individuals from Spain, Colombia, Cuba, Russia, and Belarus were charged in connection with the plot.
The group allegedly attempted similar attacks in Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic.
The targeted plant supplies equipment to Ukraine's army.
Lithuanian officials made the announcement on Friday, January 16.
