JDA Officer Suspended After Issuing Notice to Shiv Temple
After sending notice to Shiv temple, Jaipur Development Authority official suspended · indianexpress.com

A Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) officer named Arun Kumar Poonia was suspended after he sent a notice to a Shiv temple in Vaishali Nagar.

The notice said the temple was using public land for its boundary wall without permission.

This made many local people and groups like the Bajrang Dal angry because they thought the notice should have been sent to a person or authority, not the temple.

The JDA said the temple was using 1.59 meters and 1.06 meters of the road, which is against the law.

The High Court had earlier told the JDA to check and take action on such cases.

Because the JDA did not act quickly, someone even filed a complaint.

The JDA officer was then suspended for sending the notice.
