Tamil Nadu 12th Supplementary Results 2026 Released
The Tamil Nadu board held extra exams for students who didn’t pass all their subjects in the regular 2026 board exams.
About 60,000 students took these tests from late June to mid‑July.
On July 31, the board posted the results online.
Students can log in with their registration number and birth date to see their marks.
If they spot a mistake, they can ask for a re‑check in early August for a small fee.
Those who pass can move on to college, while those who fail must try again next year.
The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, declared the Class 12 supplementary results for 2026 on July 31, 2026.
60,527 candidates appeared for the supplementary exams held between June 26 and July 16, 2026, across the state.
Results are available online via tnresults.nic.in and dge.tn.gov.in, or through SMS, DigiLocker, and the UMANG app, using registration number and date of birth.
Provisional marksheets can be downloaded; students must verify details and may apply for revaluation or re‑totalling between August 4–5, 2026, with a fee of ₹275 per subject.
The supplementary exams provide a second chance to clear subjects without losing an academic year; successful candidates can proceed to undergraduate admissions, while those who fail must repeat the year.
