TNSF street play counters YSRCP campaign on DSC recruitment issue
In Tirupati, a student group called TNSF put on a street play.
A street play is a short show performed in public, like on a road or a square.
The play was about people who are looking for jobs as teachers in schools.
In India, teacher jobs are often given through a test called DSC.
TNSF said that when the YSRCP party was in power, many job seekers had to wait for years for these tests.
They said thousands of young people were left waiting between 2019 and 2024.
Now, YSRCP leaders are talking about helping these job seekers.
TNSF thinks YSRCP is only doing this to win support during elections.
They asked why YSRCP did not act when it was in government.
The students wanted people to remember the problems job seekers faced.
The play was held to give the other side of the story during YSRCP's campaign.
Telugu Nadu Students Federation (TNSF) staged a street play at MR Palli Circle in Tirupati on Monday.
The play highlighted problems faced by unemployed youth during the previous YSRCP government.
TNSF questioned YSRCP's sudden concern over the DSC notification after allegedly failing to act between 2019 and 2024.
Organisers said thousands of unemployed candidates had been waiting for DSC recruitment opportunities.
The programme was led by TNSF SV University president Bishati Venkatesh Naidu, with other TNSF leaders participating.
