BJP MP alleges revenue shortfall, poor governance in Karnataka

A BJP MP named Lahar Singh Siroya said that Karnataka's government is not doing well.

He said they didn't collect enough money and are not managing things properly.

The government set a goal to collect Rs 2.03 lakh crore, but only collected Rs 1.38 lakh crore.

Some departments like commercial taxes and transport are not meeting their targets.

The MP also said the government is not spending money well and there are problems like fights inside the government and bad decisions.

He thinks this is because of the 'five guarantees' promised by the government, which he says have made the state poor.

The MP also mentioned that the government's performance in using and giving out money is lower than last year.
