Kerala Revenue Department Exceeds 100-Day Action Plan Targets
Kerala’s Revenue Department set goals for its first 100 days of work.
Minister A P Anilkumar said the department did more than it had promised in several areas.
It gave out over 10,000 land title deeds, even though its goal was 5,000.
It also settled many complaints about a digital land survey and processed land-category changes.
Some families affected by the 2024 landslides in Wayanad are waiting to move into township homes.
The minister said eligible families should receive rent until they get those homes.
He said 177 families have already moved, and the next group is expected to move by October.

It resolved over 70,000 digital survey complaints, above a target of around 50,000.
More than 50,000 land-category conversion applications were disposed of, compared with a target of around 25,000.
The government says eligible landslide-affected families will receive rent until they are allotted township homes; 177 families have been relocated.
