New Leadership in Forest and IAS Services
In Telangana, the IFS Officers Association has new leaders.
Vinay Kumar is the new president, and Ratnakar Jauhari is the vice-president.
Dr Priyanka Varghese is the secretary, Ranjith Naik is the joint secretary, and B. Praveena is the treasurer.
In Odisha, K Murugesan has been appointed as the new principal chief conservator of forests.
The government also promoted four IAS officers to the rank of additional chief secretary.
These officers are Saswata Mishra, Vishal Kumar Dev, Usha Padhee, and Vir Vikram Yadav.
Vir Vikram Yadav is on central deputation but has been granted a proforma promotion.
