S. Korea to Launch AI Platform for Farm Products in 2026
The South Korean government is planning to launch a new platform in 2026 that uses artificial intelligence to help people buy agricultural products.
This platform will show real-time prices and suggest the best places to buy items.
It will also recommend alternative products if prices are too high.
The government is also working on other AI projects, like an app that shows safety information for food and medicines, and a guide for national heritage sites.
These projects aim to make everyday services better and more convenient for people.
South Korea plans to launch an AI-powered platform for agricultural products in 2026.
The platform will provide real-time price movements and recommend purchase locations.
Four key initiatives, including the price comparison platform, will receive 10 billion won each in funding over two years.
The platform is expected to begin test operations in the second half of 2025.
Other AI projects include an AI Safety Guardian app for food and medicines, and an AI guide for national heritage sites.
