Texans Lose Jayden Higgins To Season-Ending ACL Injury

Jayden Higgins is a football player for the Houston Texans.

He hurt his knee during a practice against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Doctors found that he tore a ligament called the ACL.

This injury means he will miss the entire 2026 season.

Higgins had a strong rookie year with 525 receiving yards and six touchdowns.

The Texans expected him to have a bigger role this season.

Now, other receivers such as Xavier Hutchinson, Tank Dell and Jaylin Noel may need to play more.

The team will also watch how quickly Dell and Noel recover from their injuries.
