Aditya Academy Observes National Cancer Awareness Day with Walkathon and Street Play
Students at Aditya Academy wanted to help people learn about cancer.
They organized a quiet walk for 3 kilometers to show they support people with cancer.
After the walk, they performed a play for everyone at a mall to teach them important things about cancer.
Doctors also came to talk about how to stay healthy and find cancer early.
The school's director said this shows students are caring and want to make a difference.
They thanked the mall and the hospital for helping them spread this important message.
Aditya Academy Senior Secondary's Interact Club organized events for National Cancer Awareness Day.
Activities included a 3 km Silent Walkathon, an Awareness Talk, and a Street Play.
Over 100 students participated, wearing purple ribbon badges to symbolize solidarity.
Doctors from ILS Hospital provided information on early screening, healthy living, and emotional resilience.
