SMU Receives S$3.85M Gift from Ng Couple for Innovation
A couple, Jay and Marilyn Ng, gave S$3.85 million to Singapore Management University to help students.
They want to help those who don't have much money to still get a good education and start their own businesses.
Part of the money is going to the Greenhouse, a place at SMU where people come together to create new ideas.
They also created awards that can help with money, so students can learn from other places.
They hope that their giving will encourage others to do the same.
