Edelman Highlights NFL Playoff Pay Disparity, Even for Stars

NFL playoff pay is the same for everyone, from star players like Tom Brady to the backup kicker.

Julian Edelman explained that the playoff pay is a fixed amount, much less than regular season salaries, even for top players like Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes.

Despite massive regular season contracts, players receive a smaller, fixed amount in the playoffs.

This pay structure contrasts with the large contracts and earnings of some players.

The benefit of this system is to foster team unity, as everyone gets paid the same in the playoffs.
