Bank of Baroda Opens Second Phygital Branch in Bengaluru
Bank of Baroda, a big bank in India, opened a special new branch in Bengaluru.
This branch is called a 'Phygital' branch, which means it mixes digital and physical services.
Customers can use self-service kiosks to do simple tasks like updating their PAN or getting account statements.
They can also video call the bank for help with things like home loans or car loans.
There are also desks where customers can talk to bank staff in person.
The branch has a virtual assistant named 'Aditi' to help customers.
