Alibaba Launches AI Video Generation-Model Wan3.0 With Enhanced ‌Capabilities · deccanchronicle.com

Alibaba made a new computer program called Wan3.0.

It can create short videos using information from documents, spreadsheets, slides and web pages.

The videos can be up to 30 seconds long.

Alibaba says the program has already been used for films, advertising, tourism and music videos.

The program was tested publicly before its official launch.

Alibaba is spending more money to compete in the global artificial-intelligence race.

To help pay for this spending, the company announced a $10 billion share sale.

Its quarterly earnings fell 75% compared with the same period last year, partly because of higher AI-related spending.
